Improve your tasting technique. During each session you will taste a minimum of 5 Champagnes.

THE FINAL ASSESSMENT
The final assessment will be held at the end of the last session
Theoretical test – 1 hour

30 Multiple choice (30 minutes – 30 points)

2 open questions (30 minutes – 30 points)

Practical test – 1 hour

Tasting of two non-anonymized wines (40 points)
For each wine, the Candidate must describe the tasting characteristics using the tasting sheets provided. The Candidate must then write a positive presentation for the client. Finally, the Candidate must propose a harmonious food and Champagne pairing and explain their choice.
Validation (the official score will be received in about 5 weeks after the assessment):

Less than 54%: not validated

55% to 69%: Pass

70% to 79%: Good

More than 80%: Excellent
